About the Role
Position requires an experienced Project Manager and/or Estimator to be a proactive team leader to participate in the implementation of our corporate short- and long-term strategic growth plan. Responsible for managing lead tracking system, contacting prospective clients, preparing cost estimates and account management. Active participation in industry association meetings and conferences is encouraged.
Requirements
Experience with commercial, education, infrastructure, civic, healthcare and/or parking structures located in the State of California
Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
Cost estimating and change order management experience for projects ranging in value from $10 million to $500 million
Computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Experience with budget management, change orders and contract administration procedures
Ability to prepare and present at proposal presentation, project start up and management meetings
Self-motivated and results driven
Consistently able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
