Project Description
Santa Clara Square Phases I & II project consisted of an elite office campus in the heart of Silicon Valley. Located at Bowers Ave and Highway 101, near Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara Square has two 6-story buildings and one 8-story building totaling about 1,000,000 sq. ft. Designed as a workplace community, Santa Clara Square offers the convenience and sense of place found at Silicon Valley’s leading corporate campuses with an on-site cafe, fitness center, conference facilities and outdoor workspaces with plush, resort-style seating and 4-story parking structure.
