Project Description
The Normal Avenue Parking Structure project is a four-story parking structure located on the California State University Chico campus that houses the University Police Department, Environmental Health & Safety, and Campus Information Center. The Design-Build project was designed to LEED Gold equivalent. It incorporates a 78kW solar array located on the roof, which also provides shade for the parking stalls on that level. Other sustainable features are incorporated throughout, including energy-saving lights with motion sensors and interiors painted with reflective white paint.
