Project Description
The Sutter Community Parking Garage is a 333,000 square foot pre-cast concrete parking structure with post tensioned slabs. The space houses about 1,100 cars on nine levels (one below grade) and about 9,000 square feet of retail available at street level. In addition to accommodainge staff, patients and visitors to the neighboring Sutter Medical Center, the garage also will serve local businesses. It will providing parking for the new Children’s Theatre of California, B Street Theatre and restaurants, as well as expanding parking for nearby churches.
