Today’s intensified fast-tracked projects challenge all parties to maintain a safe worksite. As your quality representative on the job, UER sets the bar high for safety. Our exemplary safety culture is integrated into our business approach and brings an immense value to any project. We ensure that safety is a priority in our office, our testing lab, on the road, and especially the jobsite.
We accomplish this by establishing a safety procedures plan, putting the plan into the hands of all employees, and getting all employees actively involved in applying and incorporating the plan into their daily activities. We care about the safety and well-being of all our employees and seek to make their work environment safe and enjoyable.
Our proactive approach to safety management begins with top-down accountability by our Safety Coordinator, our Responsible Person in Charge and our Supervisors. Other key points regarding our Safety Program:
Communication

Company-wide communication, training, review and policy changes occur at bi-monthly, all hands meetings.
OSHA 10-Hour Certified

All management team members are currently OSHA 10-Hour certified, which ensures a company culture regarding safety.
Bi-Monthly Toolbox

Field supervisor conducts bi-monthly toolbox meetings with field staff to address specific activities and provide hands-on training.
